About
Join the office of Student Organizations & Activities to learn more about the CliftonStrengths and how you can use them for personal wellness! This workshop is for students who have previously taken the CliftonStrengths assessment or attended Strengths 201 before. If you have not taken the assessment but would like to attend, reach out to studentorgs@uky.edu who can assist you.
CliftonStrengths is an online assessment that helps people identify their natural talents and strengths. The assessment is based on positive psychology and the idea that people can achieve more by building on their strengths than by fixing their weaknesses. When you take the CliftonStrengths assessment, you uncover your unique combination of 34 CliftonStrengths themes. CliftonStrengths are a culmination of decades of research led by Don Clifton to study and categorize the talents of the world's most successful people. Together, the themes explain a simple but profound element of human behavior: what's right with people. Individually, each theme gives you a way to describe what you naturally do best or what you might need help from others to accomplish.
Please RSVP if you would like to attend this workshop.
