General Body Meeting

Muslim Women in Healthcare (MWHC) will host a General Body Meeting at the University of Houston to introduce students to the organization, discuss its mission and goals, and provide information about upcoming events and opportunities for involvement. The meeting will include an overview of the organization’s purpose, planned activities for the semester, future volunteer and community service opportunities, and ways members can participate in the organization. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about MWHC’s efforts to foster community among students interested in healthcare, encourage academic and professional growth, and promote charitable service and community outreach. The meeting will also allow members and prospective members to connect, ask questions, share ideas, and learn how to become involved in future organization activities. This event is intended to strengthen member engagement, support recruitment, and help establish a welcoming and collaborative environment for students interested in healthcare. All interested students are welcome to attend. The meeting will be conducted in a respectful and inclusive environment, and any refreshments or materials provided will be handled in accordance with university policies.
