Think you have what it takes to hit the runway?
CCSU Fashion Club is officially holding Model Tryouts for our 2027 Fashion Show! We’re looking for confident, expressive, and committed students who are ready to bring personality, versatility, and PRESENCE to our show!
DRESS CODE: ALL BLACK: MANDATORY!
Ladies are required to come with a pair of heels, and any model who feels confident walking in heels is encouraged to bring theirs and show us what you can do!
Before tryouts, practice different styles of runway walking, including a T-Walk. Get comfortable with your natural walking style, pace, turns, facial expressions, and poses. We want to see what makes YOUR walk stand out.
BE PREPARED TO: - Show us your individual runway walk - Come prepared with a variety of poses - Pose individually, with a partner, and in groups - Walk alongside and coordinate with different models - Adjust your pace, timing, poses, and walk when directed - Show versatility, confidence, personality & runway presence -Take direction and make adjustments on the spot - Bring ENERGY, even when you’re not walking alone
No previous modeling experience is required. We’re looking for potential, confidence, individuality, coachability, and commitment!
Models selected for the show will be expected to attend rehearsals, communicate consistently, arrive on time, and take their role in the show seriously.
Please only audition if you’re prepared to commit to the process leading up to the Fashion Show!
