Beta Alpha Psi holds weekly chapter meetings every Thursday throughout the academic year. Each meeting begins with the officer team providing organizational updates, announcements, and important reminders. As part of this opening segment, officers also spotlight one candidate and one alumni member, offering the chapter an opportunity to recognize individual contributions and foster a stronger sense of community.

Following the officer-led portion, the chapter welcomes guest speakers, typically employees and partners from a variety of accounting and professional services firms. These professionals deliver presentations lasting approximately 45 to 60 minutes, sharing insights into their careers, firm culture, industry trends, and professional development advice. The speakers change each week, giving students exposure to a broad range of firms and career paths.

Meetings conclude with dedicated networking time, during which students have the chance to engage directly with the visiting professionals in a more informal setting. This structured networking period allows members and candidates to ask questions, build relationships, and explore potential internship or full-time opportunities in a supportive environment.
