About
This emphasis of this three-week mini- course is intended to explain and contextualize this notable aspect of federal law which authorizes state and local law enforcement support for federal immigration enforcement subject to various conditions and oversight. Relevant International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) policy also will be explored within the context of Governor Ron DeSantis' expressed priorities toward these ends including but not limited to the state of Florida establishing "Alligator Alcatraz."
