Participants will consider how individual preferences and circumstances shape recognition and how these everyday practices can contribute to a supportive workplace at UAB.
What You'll Learn By the end of this session, you will be able to: 1) Identify opportunities to provide meaningful recognition in everyday work. 2) Communicate appreciation in ways that are specific and genuine. 3) Consider individual preferences and circumstances when recognizing others.
