The Leadership Challenge Course (LCC) is an experiential learning program designed to strengthen leadership skills through hands-on team initiatives, problem-solving activities, and facilitated reflection. Participants engage in interactive challenges that encourage communication, collaboration, trust, critical thinking, and decision-making in a supportive environment. The course provides individuals and groups with opportunities to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, and develop stronger interpersonal relationships while working toward common goals.
Guided by trained facilitators, each experience is intentionally linked to real-world leadership concepts and personal growth. The LCC provides students with opportunities to strengthen teamwork, develop leadership skills, and foster meaningful group connections. By combining experiential education with meaningful reflection, the program creates lasting learning experiences that promote leadership development, resilience, and success both on and off campus.
