About
Rhythm Ride is an energizing indoor cycling class that combines beat-driven choreography with heart-pumping intervals for a fun, full-body workout. Ride to the rhythm of the music as you build cardiovascular endurance, lower-body strength, and confidence on the bike. No prior cycling experience is required—just bring your energy and get ready to sweat!
Check-In: All participants must check in with the group fitness instructor or a FitRec staff member outside the fitness room before entering the class. This helps us keep track of attendance and maintain a safe environment.
Pre-Registration Benefits: We encourage you to pre-register for classes via Belmont.DseRec.com or using the Belmont DSE app. Reservations can be made up to 72 hours in advance, securing your spot in the class and allowing you to plan your workouts with ease.
Late Arrival Policy: If you’ve pre-registered but haven’t arrived by the class start time and haven’t notified FitRec staff that you’ll be late, your spot will be forfeited and given to the next person on the waiting list. Please arrive on time to ensure you don’t lose your spot! For more questions, please email the front desk at Beaman.center@belmont.edu or call them at 615-460-6313.
