About

Landing the job is only half the equation, thriving in it is the other half. Join Becca Schusler, Director of Wellness at Atlantic Packaging, for a seminar designed to help you look past the job description and get a real read on a company's culture before you accept an offer. We’ll talk about how to research and read a company’s culture, beyond the career page. You’ll leave with a framework for clarifying your own values and priorities, so you can compare potential employers against what genuinely matters to you, not just salary and title. We'll also dig into being intentional from day one: setting boundaries, checking in with yourself regularly, and building habits that support long-term well-being rather than burnout. Whether you're job-hunting now or just want to be ready for what's next, you'll leave with practical tools for finding, and staying in a role that's actually a fit.
