Plant Your Leadership

About

At this event, attendees have the opportunity to ""plant"" leadership aspirations. attendees will decorate small plant pots with markers, paint, and other supplies. After that they will write down some leadership goals that they have or leadership skills that they want to develop on a piece of paper. They will then fill the pot with soil and put a seed, symbolizing planting their leadership goals for the year!
