Join the Cheng Library as we lead an immersive discussion on the award winning "The House on Mango Street". A recipient of an NEA Big Read Grant the Library is providing FREE copies of the book to students and hosting discussions and other events throughout the year.

Visit the Cheng Library Lending Services Desk to pick up your FREE copy of the book anytime the Library is open from 10/26/26 through 11/17/26.

Then join us for a lively discussion and fun activities surrounding the books themes of identity, gender, class, isolation, and community.

Wednesday, November 18th 12:30-2pm Cheng Library Auditorium.
