Looking for a place to just "be"? Join us for The Exhale, where you can show up tired, overwhelmed, burnt out, or even full of joy! This is a place to safely land and let go of physical and mental tension. We meet every Thursday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Center of Spiritual and Religious Life located in the Delphi House. Each week we will have a different activity. All Vanderbilt Students are welcome. Feel free to bring your dinner. For questions, email religiouslife@vanderbilt.edu.
