About

This workshop will provide graduate students with practical strategies for connecting their teaching responsibilities with their research interests. Our presenters will be experienced graduate student TAs from three different fields—education, linguistics, and literature—who will share their experiences in identifying research opportunities in their classrooms, preparing for research, and balancing teaching, coursework, and research responsibilities. Through interactive discussions, attendees will have opportunities to exchange ideas, ask questions, and explore ways to integrate teaching and research.
