About

Family Support Navigators (FSNs) serve as a vital resource and support system for parents, families and supporters of students enrolled at Syracuse University. This is a paid position for undergraduate students at Syracuse University, providing support during Summer Family/Supporter Orientation.

Students interested in becoming a Family Support Navigator must meet the following qualifications.

Be a full-time Syracuse University undergraduate student.Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.Must give permission to verify good standing through Community Standards.Must be on campus for the Spring 2027 semester.Must be able to attend necessary trainings and events.Have no work or co-curricular conflicts during any of the orientation session dates.Family Support Navigator applications are due Sunday, Nov. 22. Interested students should apply online.
