The Flourish Fest is a fun, interactive opportunity for students to take a break and learn about contemplative practices through mindful activities. The fest will feature several hands-on stations where students can engage in a range of relaxing activities. Each station features an activity that is focused on mindfulness/flourishing, and every student should learn a tip or strategy that they can take with them as they prepare for the end of the semester.
