About
The UVM STEM Ambassadors present their annual STEM Showcase.
Vermont students in grades 3-9 who are (or could be!) excited by science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) can now sign up for UVM's Fall 2026 STEM Showcase.
Each semester, University of Vermont students serving as STEM Ambassadors create unique programming based on their majors and interests and present it to local youth. Their mission is to share the possibilities of STEM fields through hands-on learning experiences, and to connect Vermont students to UVM resources through on-campus events, such as the bi-annual showcase events.
This fall's STEM Showcase offers the following workshops:
DNA Detectives: Uncovering the HelixZap! Crackle! Think! Exploring the Nervous SystemSurviving the Splash: Tsunami SciencePower from the Pantry: Building Food CircuitsThe workshops will run simultaneously in two sessions, and each student can select two workshops to attend.
