STEP FORWARD!

DATE: Friday-Saturday, November 13th - 14th

• Meet at the SSC Sanford/Lake Mary campus Automotive Building "AT" Automotive Showroom AT-102 @ noon on Friday, November 13th.

• From there we will drive to the off campus location where the retreat will take place.

• We plan to have back on campus by 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 14th.

Things to know: you need to log into RAIDERCONNECT to apply.

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL SSC STUDENTS!!!!!

EMERGING LEADERS (first time participants), will be introduced to basic leadership concepts that will include, Myers Brigs personality type, Situational Leadership theory, Effective Teamwork Strategies, problem solving activities, and the value of positive and constructive feedback.

ADVANCED LEADERS (returning participants), will receive training in a whole new variety of leadership topics, teambuilding activities, and practice receiving and delivering positive/constructive feedback effectively.

The deadline to sign up is Thursday, November 5th by 4 p.m.

You will receive an email confirmation once your application has been received.

FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS ONLY: you will have to sign up for a 30 minute Zoom orientation session. Make sure you select your preferred orientation date and time when you complete the application.
