About

Sam Calagione is Founder and Brewer of Dogfish Head, which he co-founded with his wife, Mariah, in Delaware in 1995. In 2019, Dogfish Head merged with The Boston Beer Company, where Sam now serves on the Board of Directors. He is a James Beard Award winner and was inducted into the American Craft Beer Hall of Fame in 2026 for his innovation and impact on the craft brewing industry.
