This virtual Community of Practice supports part-time and limited-term faculty in earning a KSU Level 1 microcredential within a single semester. Participants will engage in monthly one-hour sessions, participate in a CETL-supported course observation, and develop key components of a teaching portfolio. The experience emphasizes practical teaching challenges, peer learning, and reflective practice. Participation is structured, supportive, and designed with part-time and limited-term faculty schedules in mind. Future meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (Sept. - Dec.)
