About

The Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) at Arizona State University will host a Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Workshop featuring traditional Chinese paper-cutting and botanical bookmark printing.

The event aims to introduce Chinese traditional arts and cultural heritage to the ASU community through cultural presentations, live demonstrations, and hands-on activities.

Participants will learn about the history and cultural significance of Chinese paper-cutting, explore traditional Chinese aesthetics, and create their own paper-cutting artwork and botanical bookmarks with guidance from student organizers.

The event is open to all ASU students, regardless of cultural background or prior crafting experience. Participants may explore both activities and take their handmade creations home.

This workshop promotes cultural appreciation, creativity, and cross-cultural exchange among students in an inclusive and interactive environment. --- Event Details: (link below)
