Learning Objectives for Participants:

1. Authenticity: Learn and reflect on the three (3) main perspectives of Authentic Leadership: intrapersonal perspective, interpersonal perspective, and developmental perspective.

Identity and Intersectionality: Identify their core values, multiple identities they hold, and explore the intersectionality of those identities and how they impact the way they interact and navigate different situations.

Followship: Gain an understanding of “followship” and understand the importance that followship plays in leadership, while identifying specific areas they can continue developing their own followship skills.
