About
Residents will participate in a Bring Your Own Mug Hot Chocolate Night in collaboration with the CSUSM Career Center. Students will bring their favorite mugs and enjoy hot chocolate while learning about career resources available on campus. Career Center staff will share information about resume building, internships, job opportunities, and interview preparation. Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions, connect with staff, and learn how the Career Center can help them prepare for their future careers.
• Identify at least three resources offered by the CSUSM Career Center that support career development.
• Learn how to access internships, job opportunities, and resume-building resources.
• Explain one way the Career Center can help students prepare for their future careers.
This program helps students become more aware of the career resources available to them at CSUSM. By connecting with the Career Center in a relaxed environment, residents will gain knowledge about professional development, career planning, and future job opportunities. Students will build skills in the career and professional development domain that will help them succeed during college and after graduation.
