About
Learn how to explore energy data in Enverus PRISM and bring licensed data into Excel for analysis, modeling, research, and classroom use.
This online training will be led by Victor Hoang, Principal Consultant from Enverus.
Registration required - This training is open to Stanford students, post-docs, staff, and faculty with an active SUNet ID. A Zoom link will be sent after registration.
Workshop Details:
Join us for an introduction and training session on Enverus, an energy data platform for research, teaching, and discovery. The session is for both new and existing users.
Enverus supports research on wells, permits, completions, production, directional surveys, rigs, and subsurface information. It also includes interpreted geology and flexible ways to work with data beyond the platform.
This online session will cover:
Enverus Foundations: Explore the energy system in PRISM, an analytics-ready base for upstream research across activity, development, and performance. Topics include well and permit research, production and development trends, and map-based basin and play studies.Geoscience Analytics: Add subsurface context by bringing interpreted geological information into technical work and geoscience research. Topics include formation tops and well logs, reservoir and subsurface context, and cross-section and comparison workflows.Direct Access + Excel Tools: Work with licensed Enverus data outside PRISM in familiar spreadsheet workflows. Filter and analyze licensed datasets, build repeatable research models, and use Excel with current data.Research applications include basin and play studies, production modeling, geology and well logs, Excel analysis, data-driven research, and classroom workflows. Enverus is available to Stanford University students, staff, and faculty through a Stanford University Libraries subscription.
