About

Join MILA on an interactive professional development experience featuring 4–5 accomplished mentors from different industries and areas of expertise.

Each mentor will lead a small-group conversation focused on their field, giving students the opportunity to engage directly, ask questions, share ideas, and receive practical advice. Topics will include leadership, communication, business, career development, networking, standing out in the job market, and other essential professional skills.

The small-group format creates a more personal mentoring experience where students can learn directly from professionals, gain new perspectives, and build meaningful connections that support their academic and professional growth.

Hosted by the Mexican Innovation & Leadership Association (MILA).

Founded by SGA, open to all students.
