About
We’re a peer-run support group open to any young adult ages 18-35 in need of support. If you are struggling with adjusting to college, the stress and pressure of classes, meeting new people, life transitions, or anything else, we are here to support you! Our group is completely confidential, and we use a structured support group model to connect and support our participants. We'd love to have you join us!
Our meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month (unless otherwise specified) from 5:30-7:00 pm. These are hybrid meetings, so we meet in Bear Hall Room 200 from 5:30-7:00 pm, and if you are unable to attend in person or prefer to attend virtually, Zoom is available.
Meeting ID: 828 2259 8770
Passcode: 803025
Drinks and snacks will be provided!
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Isabella at ilc7559@uncw.edu!
