Ocean Cleanup & Beach Day

About

We will participate in both a beach and underwater ocean cleanup (for those who are scuba certified or wanting to snorkel and dive for trash). We will also provide food and music to make it a community building event in addition to the cleanup. We will first give a small lecture to the participants about the dangers of plastic waste/single use plastics and the importance of beach and ocean cleanups for our local ecosystems.
