About

Anger is a funny emotion which we all must deal with from time to time. But do you know why we find ourselves dealing with anger? This training will examine some of the reasons we get angry by examining why some things “trigger” us, learn about “Should Rules” and the role they play in understanding our anger, and we’ll talk about ways to deal with our anger once we learn the control we have over it. Presented by Lesley Gilbert, Assistant Director, Office of Employee Well-Being
