About
Have you ever questioned whether you belong in the room, compared yourself to others, or felt like everyone else has it figured out? No Imposters Here: Becoming the Best Version of You is an interactive conversation focused on recognizing self-doubt, building confidence, and learning how to show up authentically in academic, professional, and personal spaces.
Students will explore common experiences associated with imposter feelings, identify the strengths and experiences they already bring to the table, and discuss practical strategies for managing comparison, negative self-talk, and the pressure to be perfect. The conversation will also challenge students to think beyond simply overcoming self-doubt and consider what it means to become the best version of themselves—setting meaningful goals, embracing growth, building healthy habits, and giving themselves permission to learn along the way.
Students will leave with strategies for strengthening their confidence, recognizing their value, and continuing to grow into the person and professional they want to become.
