Volunteering & Service

About

The Ranch is an agricultural work program for adults with developmental disabilities. Volunteers will help workers with developmental disabilities work in the gardens and on various projects.

Shifts are available Monday through Friday. Available time slots are from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, with a minimum shift duration of 2 hours. We request at least 2 volunteers to be present at a time.

Volunteers should wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that can get dirty while working outdoors. We will provide the necessary tools, gloves, and any other items needed for gardening.

Additionally, The Ranch is looking for someone to take over our outreach program to the community and manage our presence on various media platforms.

To sign up to volunteer/for more details, please contact Lynn Hendry at LMHSLO@msn.com or call 805-234-6455.
