About

Ride. Sweat. Reset! Hop on the bike and ride with your fellow Profs in this high-energy cycling class designed to reset both your body and your mind. With uplifting music and vivid ride imagery, your instructor will guide you through hills, sprints, jogs, and more—cueing speed, resistance, and power along the way. You’re always in control of your own challenge level, so whether you are looking to push your limits or just get moving, you’ll fit right in. Everyone’s welcome—new riders included! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure your bike is properly adjusted and you are ready to roll. Water bottle and towel recommended.
