About

ADHD and Me is a welcoming, judgment‑free space where students can openly share their experiences, challenges, and successes related to ADHD and executive functioning. There is no need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend as the goal is to provide a safe place to help students build meaningful connections with peers who truly understand what it’s like to navigate college life with the symptoms of ADHD.
