About

A Support Group for New School Students: Family Challenge and Self Discovery

Wednesdays, 2- 3 pm

This group provides a safe space to share experiences and to reflect on how family impacts different aspects of our lives. Together, we will learn how to reduce family-related distress, how to find strengths and opportunities within our support systems (those we were born into and those we create) and to increase our self-awareness and well-being. This group is open to all. Led by Aidan Kartha, MA and Rebekah Nathan, MA.

After 2-3 weeks, enrollment will be closed to ensure a consistent small group.
