This event is a creative pop-up that supports students' emotional and social well-being by celebrating all of their hard work and accomplishments. Students will look into the mirror :mirror: and reflect on their hopes and dreams for their educational experience, and then add those reflections to a collective art piece . Students will also take their picture with their reflection :camera: and personalize their photo frame using stickers, craft paper, markers, and other fun materials :scissors::star2: This reflective activity allows students to destress, practice gratitude, and celebrate themselves in a positive, supportive space. While you decorate, chat with Student Success Coaches :speech_balloon:, meet new people, and enjoy a fun moment away from classes.

This event is open to all ASU students, but we are also celebrating National First-Generation College Celebration Day, which is on November 8th. What is a first-generation college student? At the start of their bachelor degree, first-generation students are those whose primary parent(s)/guardian(s) have not earned a four-year degree in the United States, or students who have experienced the foster care system or identify as an emancipated youth. This is for any ASU students interested in joining! Pop-Up Coaching is a tabling event that promotes the Student Success Center, and students who stop by can receive on-the-spot coaching from our Peer Coaches. :point_right: Learn more at success.asu.edu --- Event Details: (link below)
