About

We hope to equip students at UK with financial literacy skills and nutritional self-sufficiency through experiential learning and increasing awareness of Big Blue Pantry. The purpose of this event is to address food insecurity especially during times of economic inflation and basic health literacy. This interactive workshop will teach budgeting concepts that shows students that food insecurity navigation is an exercise in financial management, community care, and resourcefulness.
