About
As a new organization, we will be announcing our speeches for cabinet positions!
Current positions that will be voted on will be:
- Secretary
1. Keep a record of all full and associate members of the Organization.
2. Keep a record of all activities of the Organization.
3. Keep and distribute minutes for each meeting of the Organization.
4. Document the results of every election.
5. Notify all members of upcoming meetings, events, and activities of the Organization.
6. Keep a record of discussion that occurs during group and cabinet meetings.
- Treasurer
1.Collect all dues and monies for the Organization.
2. Keep all financial records of the Organization.
3. To maintain financial compliance of the Organization with policies enacted by relevant entities of the University.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the President or Vice President.
- Social Media Manager
1. Maintain the organizations social media feeds.
2. Ensure that posts are relevant and follow safety guidelines with each post.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by the President.
- Fundraising Committee
1. Brainstorm ways to collect money for the organization according to UNDs guidelines.
2. Plan location, activity, and members who are going to participate in the fundraising committee.
