About

To empower Black students and people of color within the McCombs School of Business by building a strong, connected community and preparing members for success in their careers. NABA creates spaces where students can show up authentically, develop professionally, and form meaningful relationships with peers, alumni, and employers. Through intentional programming and advocacy, the organization works to elevate Black students and people of color perspectives in business and ensure members feel supported both during their time at McCombs and beyond.
