About

Join Krishna Thakkar for a 1-hour Vinyasa class during which you will flow through classic yoga postures to help you lengthen, strengthen, and reset. Class includes a warm up, standing and balancing postures, back strengtheners, hip openers, core work, and relaxation practices.

The goal of this breath-based movement class is to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.

Class is open-level, beginners are welcome!

Please note:

- Classes are free and there’s no need to register or bring any equipment… Mats and blocks will be provided. Just bring FIT ID, some water, and be sure to wear proper athletic attire. All skill levels are welcome!

- Feel free to bring our own Yoga mat if you have one. If not, one will be provided for you!

- Check out the FIT Athletics on IG and Linktree for class schedules, fitness center information and other athletics events!
