About
Join faculty leaders Dr. Kostas Goulas and Associate Professor Madison Webb for an information session to learn more about this six-credit, six-week program in Greece.
Thessaloniki, Greece offers chemical engineering students a unique opportunity to complete a core, lab-based degree requirement while studying at one of Europe’s leading research universities. The program emphasizes experiential learning through a series of carefully selected and adapted laboratory modules, including pump performance, boiling and convective heat transfer, multiphase flow, and heat exchangers. AUTh faculty will supervise laboratory work using professional-grade equipment, while the OSU program leader provides academic oversight, assessment, and alignment with OSU chemical engineering learning outcomes. OSU participants will work alongside and interact with local AUTh students in shared laboratory spaces, creating opportunities for academic exchange, collaboration, and insight into how chemical engineering is taught and practiced in a European university context. Beyond the laboratory, Thessaloniki provides a dynamic cultural and historical backdrop for your studies.
