About
Conflict Lab is an interactive, hands-on workshop designed to help participants develop healthy conflict resolution and communication skills, build confidence in setting boundaries, and strengthen their personal and professional relationships.
Participants will work in small groups to explore realistic scenarios involving common interpersonal challenges, such as a roommate crossing boundaries, a group project member not contributing, a friend repeatedly canceling plans, or a leadership teammate failing to communicate effectively.
Through role-playing activities, participants will practice healthy communication strategies, including active listening, expressing feelings respectfully, setting clear boundaries, demonstrating empathy, and taking accountability. At the end of the activity, volunteers will present their scenarios to the group, followed by a guided discussion about which communication techniques were most effective.
The goal of Conflict Lab is to create a supportive environment where participants can learn practical skills, gain confidence in navigating difficult conversations, and develop stronger, healthier relationships.
