Keeping Up With the AKA's: Elevated

About

The Upsilon Eta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® is exploring Keeping Up with the AKA’s, as a two-part series designed to introduce Belmont University students to the chapter through connections between students and chapter members, to provide opportunities to learn about the sisterhood. With the theme centered around “Getting to Know the Pearls,” this series can offer students an approachable opportunity to connect with members of Upsilon Eta beyond a traditional organizational presentation. And through interactive activities, conversations, and a panel featuring current undergraduate members, graduate members, and former Upsilon Eta members, participants would gain a more personal understanding of the experiences that shape its members. This event would build upon those connections through a professional panel highlighting the experiences, perspectives, and development of members across different stages of their membership. Whether participants are encountering Upsilon Eta for the first time or are already familiar with the chapter, the series would create space for professional exploration.
