Cycle Express - WELLCore

About

Cycle Express is a fast-paced, 30-minute indoor cycling class designed to maximize your workout in minimal time. Through energizing intervals, climbs, and sprints, youll improve cardiovascular endurance and build lower-body strength. Perfect for busy schedules, this efficient ride will leave you feeling accomplished and energized.

Check-In: All participants must check in with the group fitness instructor or a FitRec staff member outside the fitness room before entering the class. This helps us keep track of attendance and maintain a safe environment.

Pre-Registration Benefits: We encourage you to pre-register for classes via Belmont.DseRec.com or using the Belmont DSE app. Reservations can be made up to 72 hours in advance, securing your spot in the class and allowing you to plan your workouts with ease.

Late Arrival Policy: If youve pre-registered but havent arrived by the class start time and havent notified FitRec staff that youll be late, your spot will be forfeited and given to the next person on the waiting list. Please arrive on time to ensure you dont lose your spot! For more questions, please email the front desk at Beaman.center@belmont.edu or call them at 615-460-6313.
