The Massachusetts Appeals Court is once again visiting UMass Amherst to hear oral arguments in six pending cases. The arguments are open to the public, offering students a fantastic opportunity to see the Appeals Court in action right here on campus.

The three justices on the panel will hold a special informal discussion after the hearings to answer students' questions. Typically, the hearings include three criminal cases and three civil cases.

The panel will be comprised of Associate Justices Ariane D. Vuono, Joseph M. Ditkoff, and Maureen E. Walsh.
