About

Leadership and Lunch workshops are monthly round table discussions that allow SFL members to come together to engage in conversations related to one of the five ASPIRE pillars: Accountable, Connected, Engaged, Holistic, and Innovative. The format of these workshops is rooted in restorative justice practices. Participants will leave with a better understanding of restorative justice, new connections, and tangible ways to make positive change within their chapter.

Rather than chapter presidents attending these workshops, we ask that you send general members to give them the opportunity to connect with SFL and LMU staff and meet peers in other chapters. CPC and IFC chapters are required to send 2 members, and BGC and MGC chapters are required to send 1 member. Do not send new members, as the workshops are meant for students who are familiar with your chapter and the SFL community.

October 16th, 2026: Connected

November 10th, 2026: Accountable

February 9th, 2027: Engaged

March 16th, 2027: Innovative

April 13th, 2027: Holistic
