Description

The Employee Onboarding Advisory Committee invites faculty and staff to attend listening sessions to share their experiences, ideas and perspectives about FGCU's onboarding process for new employees.

The committee will use this feedback to identify key themes and define the essential elements of the FGCU onboarding experience. The recommendations will then be refined through focus groups in the spring, with final onboarding guidelines going to Cabinet for approval and implementation by May 2027. Supervisor training will follow to support implementation of the new onboarding requirements.
