The LeaderShape workshop "Empower" is an in -person workshop that helps student leaders understand how to focus on member engagement strategies. The learning objectives for this program include:

• Outcome #1: Participants understand the role of empowerment in organizations.

• Outcome #2: Participants assess the presence of empowerment in their organization.

• Outcome #3: Participants engage in possibility leadership to create greater organizational empowerment.

The LeaderShape "Empower" is a part of a three-part curriculum designed to re-invigorate student organizations from the ground up. Students must complete the "Align" workshop before they can register for the "Empower" and "Sustain" LeaderShape programs. The curriculum must be completed in the following order: "Align," "Empower," "Sustain."

The LeaderShape "Empower" workshop is facilitated by the LEAD2 Leadership Consultant team.
