Navigating grief and loss can be rather difficult, but you do not have to face it alone. RTSO invites all students to join us for ‘Heavy Heart? Helping Hands!,’ a workshop hosted in collaboration with Student Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) dedicated to understanding and navigating the emotional challenges of grief, loss, and personal hardship. Whether coping with the loss of a loved one, facing a family emergency, or navigating your own experiences with grief and trauma, this workshop offers a compassionate and supportive environment to explore healthy ways of processing these experiences. Take this opportunity to find support, discover on-campus resources, and remember - even during life’s most difficult moments, helping hands are always within reach.
