This RAM Workshop program will be hosted by RAM Adam, during the event residents will join RAM Adam in the 1st floor lounge of Black Oak Hall and they will visit a station with resources from the Stem and Writing Centers, the resources will be focused on study groups and the various ways they can support the residents who are going to be facing final exams and projects very soon. They will also be given protein snacks to help them during long study and work sessions often occurring when nearing the end of the semester. RAM Adam will collaborate with the STEM and Writing Centers to encourage residents to use the resources and support systems that the STEM and Writing Centers offer to residents.

Three learning outcomes will be:

• Encourage residents to form study groups to support one another

• Educate residents about the resources and support systems that the STEM and Writing Centers offer to them

• Give residents the opportunity to socialize with one another and look out for one another

Residents will learn about the services that the STEM and Writing Centers offer to them, additionally residents will be encouraged to get to know one another and support one another through study groups. Residents will get resources like flyers from a representative from the STEM and Writing Centers who can also answer questions that the residents may have for them. Residents will then be given a protein snack like protein bars, chips, shakes, etc. to help with extended periods of being stationary during study sessions.
